A Passion Project with Purpose
From pencil sketch to final wash, every page is created by hand, giving each book a tactile, human quality that connects with young readers. The illustrations are then finished digitally, allowing for clean refinement while preserving the warmth of the original artwork. The visual language is designed to be lively and emotional, with carefully paced compositions that support the rhythm of the story.
We’ve published two titles in The Trouble With series so far, The Trouble With Bats and The Trouble With Spiders, each blending expressive animal characters, playful narratives, and detailed watercolor environments designed to spark imagination.
Giving Back
Bingy Bongy also supports Read to Recovery, the non-profit foundation my wife and I founded to help children in hospitals reconnect with stories and imagination. Through the foundation, we regularly donate books to children’s hospitals as a small way to bring joy and escape to kids during difficult times.
